Rooms at The Westin Savannah Harbor | Golf Resort & Spa are available at a special discounted rates over the dates of September 6-9, 2025.  We expect that the discounted group rate room block will sell out this year. We strongly encourage you to book early in order to take advantage of our special meeting rate over your requested dates.

AOCA has secured a reduced sleeping room rate of $269, and mandatory resort fee of $23, plus taxes, per night. The reduced rate is available until Thursday, August 13, 2025, or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first.  

Attendees have the following options to make reservations:

Phone-in Reservation: Call Marriott reservations at 912-201-2000 and mention the “AOCA 2025 Annual Convention.”

The Westin Savannah Harbor | Golf Resort & Spa is the host hotel for the AOCA 2025 Annual Convention. When you reserve your hotel through the link provided by AOCA, your reservation is secure. Parking 

For overnight guests, self-parking is available for $30/night, and valet parking is available for $45/night. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

Flight Information
Special airfare discounts are available for attendees traveling to the AOCA Annual Convention through United Airlines and Delta Air Lines when flying into Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV). Below are each airline’s approved travel window:
  • United Airlines: Discounted travel valid from September 1 through September 12, 2025
  • Delta Air Lines: Discounted travel valid from August 30 through September 14, 2025 (valid only for travel originating in the United States or Canada)

Discounted fares are available through United Airlines.

Delta Air Lines

Travel Notice

Effective May 7, 2025, US travelers will need to present a state-issued driver’s license or identification card with Real ID accreditation to pass through airport security within the United States. Those without a Real ID or an approved alternative will be denied entry through TSA checkpoints.

Real ID-compliant identification is being issued by all 50 U.S. states, as well as Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
