On Demand Registration

If you are registering for On Demand, please note that you will receive a link to the recordings of the sessions and On-Demand CME reporting link by December 10, 2025. 

Cancellation Policy

Live, in person registrations can be moved to an on-demand registration, and a refund of the registration rate difference (minus a $50 handling fee) will be provided.

The last day to cancel your registration and receive a full refund is July 7, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (midnight). The last day to cancel and receive a half registration refund is August 4, 2025 at 11:59pm EST (midnight). Cancellations made after August 4, 2025 at 12:01 AM EST will not be refunded unless it is a special case. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email) to [email protected]. If AOCA does not receive any notice of cancellation in writing, you will be liable for 100% of the total fee and no refund will be issued.
