On Demand Registration

If you are registering for On Demand, please note that you will receive a link to the recordings of the sessions and On-Demand CME reporting link by December 1, 2026. 

Cancellation Policy

Live, in-person registrations may be converted to on-demand registrations; the applicable difference in registration fees will be charged.

The last day to cancel your registration and receive a full refund is August 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (midnight). The last day to cancel and receive a half registration refund is September 22, 2026 at 11:59pm EST (midnight). Cancellations made after September 22, 2026 at 12:01 AM EST will not be refunded unless it is a special case. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email) to [email protected]. If AOCA does not receive any notice of cancellation in writing, you will be liable for 100% of the total fee and no refund will be issued.
