Cancellation Policy

The last day to cancel your registration and receive a full refund is January 17, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (midnight). The last day to cancel and receive a half registration refund is February 21, 2025 at 11:59pm EST (midnight). Cancellations made after February 21, 2025 at 12:01 AM EST will not be refunded unless it is a special case. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email) to [email protected]. If AOCA does not receive any notice of cancellation in writing, you will be liable for 100% of the total fee and no refund will be issued.
