Rooms at the Hotel Viata are available at a special discounted rates over the dates of March 21-23, 2025. We expect that the discounted group rate room block will sell out. We strongly encourage you to book early in order to take advantage of our special meeting rate over your requested dates.

AOCA has secured a reduced sleeping room rate of $249, and mandatory resort fee of $15, plus taxes, per night. The reduced rate is available until Wednesday February 26, 2025, or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. The default dates are set for check in Friday 3/21 and check out on Sunday 3/23; for guests needing dates before or after, adjust by selecting the check in/ check out option to pull up the calendar.
Attendees have the following options to make reservations:
Phone-in Reservation: Call the reservations department at 844-306-6400 extension “1”; mention the “AOCA 2025 Mid Year Seminar” or the code 3826319 to get set up with the special group rate.
Book Online: Click on the link below to book your hotel reservation online. Please note that you will need to modify your travel dates to see availability and pricing. Any reservation questions can be directed to the hotel. If you experience any difficulties booking your room or with availability, please call the hotel at the phone number listed above.
Hotel Viata is the host hotel for the AOCA 2025 Mid Year Seminar. When you reserve your hotel through the link provided by AOCA, your reservation is secure. Parking
For overnight guests, self-parking is included in the resort fee. Day visitors can enjoy complimentary parking in the garage.
Valet parking is available for $39 per car for overnight and day guests.
