On Demand Registration

If you are registering for On Demand, please note that you will receive a link to the recordings of the sessions by September 18, 2024. On Demand recordings will be available for participants to view and claim CME until December 31, 2024.

Cancellation Policy

Live, in person registrations can be moved to an on demand registration, and a refund of the registration rate difference (minus a $50 handling fee) will be provided.

The last day to cancel your registration and receive a full refund is July 8, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST (midnight). The last day to cancel and receive a half registration refund is August 6, 2024 at 11:59pm EST (midnight). Cancellations made after August 6, 2024 at 12:01 AM EST will not be refunded unless it is a special case. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email) to [email protected]. If AOCA does not receive any notice of cancellation in writing, you will be liable for 100% of the total fee and no refund will be issued.

Accreditation

AOA Accreditation Statement

The AOA is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to certify education and issue CME credit to physicians. In addition to AOA Category 1A, 1B, 2A and 2B credit, the AOA now offers AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ for CME provided directly or through joint providership with its constituencies. 

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and the American Osteopathic College of Anesthesiologists (AOCA). The AOA is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

AOA designates this activity for a maximum of 29.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ or 29.5 AOA Category 1-A Credits. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Physicians (ACCME) Credit Designation

Physician Assistants

PAs may claim a maximum of 29.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ or 29.5 AOA Category 1-A Credits for completing this activity. NCCPA accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society.

Nurse Practitioners

The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) recognizes the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as approved accreditors and allow reciprocity for AANPCP continuing education credit. Maximum of 29.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ or 29.5 AOA Category 1-A Credits.
