On Demand Registration

If you are registering for On Demand, please note that you will not receive a link to the recordings of the sessions until after the conclusion of the Annual Convention. Access to the recordings will be given by October 16, 2023. On Demand recordings will be available for participants to view and claim CME until December 31, 2023.

Cancellation Policy

Live, in person registrations can be moved to an on demand registration, and a refund of the registration rate difference (minus a $50 handling fee) will be provided.

The last day to cancel your registration and receive a full refund is August 1, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST (midnight). The last day to cancel and receive a half registration refund is August 30, 2023 at 11:59pm EST (midnight). Cancellations made after August 31, 2023 at 12:01 AM EST will not be refunded unless it is a special case. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email). If AOCA does not receive any notice of cancellation in writing, you will be liable for 100% of the total fee and no refund will be issued.
